What are the delivery charges for orders from the ShoponikOnline Shop?


International / Worldwide Delivery :
Most of our products have Free Home Delivery anywhere in the World, but some expensive / fragile products require extra care and handling for which we charge a minimum amount possible on product to product basis.

Which payment methods are accepted in the ShoponikOnline Shop?


International / Worldwide :
We accept PayPal Payments, or payment via any bank Credit Card.

How long will delivery take?


As we offer Free Home Delivery and ship from various locations across the globe, (depending on where the product is available in stock) it may take anywhere between 5 to 50 working days for your order to reach you.

In some cases, we also ship your order in parts and it may arrive in multiple packages at various time frames.

How secure is shopping at Shoponik? Is my data protected?


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you provide us with your debit / credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored on one of the payment gateway providers that you choose during the checkout process. No one at Shoponikwill be able to see / copy / share your banking information.

What exactly happens after ordering?


After submitting an online order you will get an automated order confirmation email from Shoponik. When we process and ship your order, you can log in to your Shoponik account and check the Tracking number and information.

Do you replace orders?


Yes, we do replace any order in part or full, if the delivered product has any manufacturing defects we will replace it for you! Please contact us via email or chat option to report the issue and we will assist you with the replacement of your product.
